From Tramway Blvd southbound, merge onto I-40 westbound and drive 5.4 miles. Take the San Mateo exit #161. Turn left (south) on San Mateo NE and drive 1.8 miles to Central Avenue SE. Turn right (west) on Central Avenue SE and drive 0.5 miles. Turn left (south) on Washington SE. Drive 0.1 miles and arrive at 322 Washington SE on the left (east).
